Privacy

Privacy policy

Short version: your HTML never leaves your device.

Your code

All editing, formatting, cleaning and converting happens in your browser. The editor saves your last document in your browser's local storage so it's there when you come back; you can clear it any time by clearing site data. Share links store the compressed code after the # in the URL, which is not sent to our server.

Libraries

Some tools load open-source libraries (js-beautify, Turndown, Marked) from cdnjs.cloudflare.com or cdn.jsdelivr.net. Those CDNs see a normal request for the library file, never your content.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, country, device type) to learn which tools are useful. No content you type is ever included.
